Hello,
I was trying to swap a new (used) ECU in the VW T5 2007y. The car came without ECU at all (accident car). I know both pin codes: of the new (used) ECU and the pin of car. The new ECU did accept the own code and then I'm going to the 50 group of "adaptation". And there I have 2 options: NEW VALUE and "7digit SKC". If I do put the pin of car to the field "New value" it seems a program accepting the pin of car because I can see the VIN of car in the first field. I do TEST,I see 32000 in the "New value" field ,but.. when I do push SAVE button nothing happens- the ECU don't accepting a data of car. If I do put the pin in the field "7digit SKC" vcds shows a note - "invalid SKC" or something similar.
So,what's going wrong? Incorrect ECU? vcds not able to do this?
Thank you

ECU is Part No SW: 070 997 016 K HW: 070 997 016 K, Component: R5 2,5L EDC 000SG 2604.
I'm not sure am I able to do immo off. And if I will do immo off ,every time then engine does start will be the note in the dash : "SAFE" or "Immobiliser on" instead odo values

Where is located the data of immo in this ECU? Which type of flash or eeprom?
