this there a book Manuel out there for all car diagnostic codes in it and the meanings?

If there was what use would it be? A DTC does not mean the sensor it refers to is faulty in most cases, it just means it's not working within the parameters that the ecu is programmed to see as correct, each manufacturer has there own DTC structure the basic OBD/EOBD codes only cover a small percentage of possible faults.... in short no your best option is good old google and a lot of reading/searching, once that's done you can begin the quest for a single manual that explains what all the live data values mean, all possible reason's and all known fixes :-)

P.S. Every mechanic/technician is searching for the same thing and nobody found anything............. money (lots), training, and the brain is the best alternative.
