HI, Need to make a working key eeprom file for 1j35d inside 203 545 05 08 EZS.
This cpu can't be read by ETL, linking forether... damaged, which makes sense cause car came in with not turning key. Key is OK.
One file attached is read by new EZS IR tool by inserting special tool in ignition.
Second file is from a R1 cpu containing Km.
Is it possible to combine both in to R2 key file for 1j35d?

Thanks experts very much

As you already know, you're missing password and R2 has nothing useful.

So unless you have a motorola/nec v51/v57 key or the new EIS/EZS Password Reader by noimmo(not 100%), you will need to do some dirty work.
Write a new dump in other mcu, renew ecu + esl, adapt dash and make key.

I thought maybe R1 will contain a password. So solution is to get a new ezs with a key, unlock ESL, and make ECU virgin with abritus. Use DAS to adapt ECU to car, right?

Yes, I'd do it if it was my car ... The password is vissible from IR detected file. So is it possible to repair r2 eeprom or should I suggest the customer what you mates are?

Try it.
Good luck!
[QUOTE = labusas; 2405357] HI, Kell, hogy egy műk?dő kulcs EEPROM f?jl 1j35d bel?l 203 545 05 08. EZS.
Ez a CPU nem lehet olvasni az ETL, linkel?s?t forether ... s?r?lt, ami teljesen ?rthető, mert aut? j?tt A nem fordult gombot. Key rendben van.
Az egyik csatolt f?jlt olvassa ?j EZS IR eszk?z beiktat?s?val speci?lis eszk?z gy?jt?s.
A m?sodik f?jlt egy R1 cpu tartalmaz? km.
Lehet kombin?lni mind az R2 kulcsf?jlj?t 1j35d? K?sz?n?m sz?pen a szak?rtők [ / quote]

The password present in that file is the default for IR reading in efichip/simontouch/thelegendweb devices.

You really need to to get a new mcu or new eis, make key and virginize the ecu/esl/dash. It's not that hard, just take your time and charge the costumer well.

Ive transfered a good known R2 and R1 from other switch, which was used for parts and made a key. Now key turns.
Need to virgin ECU tommorow.
Could you please advise on how to virginize the 1.8 ECU if it only has a flash 28f200??? chip, is it possible? Will confirm tommorow but I don't think this one has NO SP8C3 eeprom, which would be easier with AVDI.

Ok, so it's Siemens SIM4E number starts with A111 ecu with flash chip. Used AVDI to read 140k of flash. Probably not enough to repair it, is it?. attached here.
Used AVDI to renew it but fans spin non stop after I write it.
My das can't program it either.
Any ideas?

Open ECU - read complete flash, and post it here.

Ok, I will. I just want to understand what could be done inside flash so the donor EZS from automatic will work in this manual transmission car? Can that be edited alond with VIN and password? Or are you just gona make it virgin and I'll still need online SKC coding?

EZS work in automatic or manual transmision, you can edit VIN, don?t touch in password. Read the ECU file and post, avdi solution don?t work in all ecu?s and some need manual work to be virgin.

Thanks Smayer, So once I post the file of AM29F400 - the next step is to virgin it? So this means still need DAS to do programming and SCN coding? I've never done this so sorry but would nee to know what else will have to be done. In some posts people say no need to do anything, car will start, others say will start 50 time if not SCN coded/ personolized, etc.
There's also an eeprom 82c250

Hi, again
I'm attaching am29F400 flash file read with willem programmer, unsodered, it's 512kb. Does it look right to you?

Hi,
write virgin file,(i hope is ok ,never see one like this ...virtual eeprom start at adress 6000 instead of 4000 )
you need Star to do this,
go to ECU - Initial startup with automatic takeover of settings...
and follow the steps,

god luck

Thanks for Puiu for the file. will try soon. Just to make sure initial startup with automatic takeover (no need for developer?) will work? Where will DAS get the auto settings if file is virgin?

puiu

It is your file ,settings are there, its just mod to make star to accept the ECU like new one,
Star will read settings from ECU,and then will write it back to same ECU +start authorisation

Ok, Car started. THanks mates. Couple issues:
1. dash showes auto gear selection now, but car is manual.
2. ESP, error complaning about ECU, can't erase. Coding lost?

can Autologic recoding fix these?

puiu

I don't now,but with Star you can fix it ;)

I think you can change transmission type in ezs with star without problem.

I think you need scn code....If you do software upgrade in this ecu lost the scn.

Ok, will try autologic SCN coding ECU.Will EZS need to be recoded as well?
