Dump needed for dashboard SKODA FABIA 1.4 MPI 2002 93C86

The built-in dashboard dump crashed so I need a working dump for SKODA FABIA 1.4 MPI, 2002, 93C86.

If anyone can provide this, that would be great. Eventually include PIN and/or info about IMMOOFF/ON.
