SAAB 93 2001 , diesel lost keys

I have a SAAB 93 2001 diesel with VP44 pump(EDC15). The customer has lost all keys. Is there a tool which from the dump by TWICE, can make a transponder? Or is there another solution like immooff ?

TMPro will produce a key from the dump or you can write in a SAAB key..
