Toyota Aygo key learning

Hi!
I have an Aygo here with no working key. Customer order one brand new virgin key for the car. I call my local locksmith to teach in key. He only deal with key learning through OBD with zedbull, sbb etc. and said that we need a master key to teach the new key. My question is that if I read the immo box dump, can we add that key with some tool?

If you read immobox and post the key data it can be added manually.

I have tag key tool, gambit. possible read the key with one of them? What chip is in key?
