Audi q7 component protection

Hi. There was replaced dsp high unit - audio amplifier in the trunk in audi q7 2007 model with second hand. trouble code 02095 - component protection. Can it be the reason that only left side of speakers work?
there is also 02095 code in mp3 player unit.

found this one by my self. so basically - need dump from mp3 player and dump from central gateway of donor car to adapt dsp unit. question is: can dealer fix these component protection? if i go to dealer with car, will they be able to remove cp?
