discovery 3 with x100

i success 1 month ago to programm spare key 7936 transponder
but now i order remote key from dealer and i cant program it
in advance diagnostic manual it show : turn off - remove key - insert same key - done
but in x100 its only show :turn off - done - programme success - but not starting
any advice please?

it comed with pcf7941 locked?

I do not use X100 because do not own , but 7941 come precoded for Vin number of the vehicle , try with JLR it must be Ok!

If its same as Range Rover sport which i think it is, you dont switch ign on, you just insert key into ign switch. X100 poor translation MVP pro says just insert key into ignition switch.
