Lexus Rx450H Kms to miles

Hello guys,
Having a problem converting a Lexus Rx450h from Kms to Miles,
Tried several Mph dumps but they wont count up.
Have original here with 127216kms, Thanks in advance

Any information on how to do that for this model? I've just been sending them to the dealer. I'd rather avoid that bill in the future lol

Dealer can't do this...

Dealer might not be able to do it through the same means you would, however they can achieve the desired outcome of converting the units of the temperature in the A/C unit. Done many through the local dealer and have always had success.

I do for AC, body control, all ok, but after dash, all show in km and C, but have air suspension error .... big shit

This car do not have air suspension ! I change 3 bits only, but seems after this, car changing configuration to with air suspension
