2010 Toyota Highlander Smart Key

please i need help am having this car here and customer says it was given warinig of low battery
on the remote and the next day the remote did not work and after changing the battery in the remote still
it doesnt work car dont start and the red light on the remote dont blink
please any idea on how to solve this ?

customer lost his key when car was starting, took another key from other car and came to you to change battery lol lol

Battery was fix the wrong polarity. Lol. Try scanning the emblem to the push button to start the car.

please no its the same key he was using to start the car and after given him the warning of battery the next day the remote go off
and after replacing the battery still the remote dont work

clean the pcb board and use hot gun to fix dry solders

Sounds to me that the receiver in the car is off. Check fuses ! Now that remote is working by the way is it a hybrid?
