Passt b6 steering lock issue yes another one!

Hi guys ive got a Passat b6 2006 chap said it had a fault with the steering lock so he got a new one from the delaers and had it fitted in I have coded and repaired quite a few of these and on one occasion I had to change the ccm module as it just wouldn't code in anyhow im having a similar issue with this one the immo wont accept the pin code in the engine etc its ok. Now in MB 3 Its says locked 255 so I left the ignition on till it went to 0 ( over 4 hours) as soon as I tried security login it locked me out again just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and if I should replace the Ccm ? attached is the dump for the CCM

these are the codes im getting in 25 immo which are quite common when the lock is faulty ?
