Yaris D4D 2004 immo info

Hi,

I have a 2004 Yaris D4D with a Bosch ECU number 89660-5C010.

Can anyone tell me if this has an immo box or is the immo data in the ECU?

It is a lost key problem if anyone has a virgin dump for it that would be good.

If the data is in the ECU I will post later looking for virgin. If it has immo box behind the heater I will post in a couple of days when I get time to remove it.

Eeprom is burned but I can read 950xx. Could be 95020, 95040 etc. Anyone know what is should be?

Eeprom is 95080 but burned and data lost.

Anyone have original file for this ecu 95080.

Your ECU is Bosch so must have a 95080.
But from my knoledge if it is 2004 must have a immo box.
Post a picture with your car.

That's a 4c toyota.
Read memory from ECU and post here with tiris data from 4c chip.

That is the problem. The other shop burned the eeprom so i do not have a dump for 95080. I need one.

The other shop has given me a file that they say is original. Could someone check it and tell me if it looks good please?

Try this file and use the data to make new key , or send print screen of 4c key data and i will edit dump for u .

CJ, thank you. that worked.
I think my dump was wrong because the LED is flashing all the time. I will take a look at that tomorrow but it starts now and drives good.
