Dashoard Prius 2009-2012 REPAIR

I have a couple of these dashboards, b

Older Prius model (2003-2009)

I hear from a taxi driver how had got problem with his prius ,the problem is capacitors.the problem in this car was ,when star the car the dash does n't works you must close and start the car and then works.

yes those clusters go bad/blank you have to replace with used one,, i have done few of those
