Zafira A Y22DTR psg16 EGR OFF

Hi,please need help whith egr off solution for psg16

Untill now-no success! i can not write to psg16.
still looking for problem,tech2,globaltis V.32,card is V.160 i change 3 diferent cards but still the same- 10.6% and error!
Some advice?

use TIS2000 only - don't use Globaltis for PSG16

Thank you guys for help,problem solved,but in other way, someone in the past changed only the box of air flow meter:banghead::banghead: and always had higher values of the air, that causes the P0400.
This is the right box for Y22dtr zafira.
