hi there
I think I posted this in wrong section before so I will try here,
ive got a w202 that stopped working , key does not suck and dash does not come on and remote does not work , the key ir gives signal when looking through camara, I read the cpu1 and cpu2 via diagnostics with avdi and the 0f82b from key with orange5, I tried loading the dumps on avdi online and it does not recognise the motorolla key dump, I have a 2nd hand nec key that I would like to try on a different key slot, also when I read this 0f82b with orange5 sometimes the 1 byte changes from ff to fb, always same one and same way, I will attach the dumps can anyone look at it please and possible calculate a nec key for me if possible please, thanks so much

0f82b key password is lost, and therefore the key can not be accepted by the EZS.

thanks bram380 for reply, is the only way now to remove eis and read processor on orange5 for complete dump and then generate a new key?
thanks again, kind regards

thanks iamfooser, will try and let you know if works, you did notice I read by diagnostics so its only partial read from cpu1 and cpu2?, if it doesn't work I will remove eis as bram380 suggested , thanks again and all the best

Dont bother trying as it won't work, only solution is to read the mcu directly.

The reason it won't work is because? Password on key is corrupted?

I always generate keys from mbkey with hc05 dump from diagnostic and EE key from Motorola key. And it always work.

I manage to calculate your key. Let me know if it works.

All keys with password FF FF (8 bytes) won't work.
Keys password must be same with ezs password.

The problem is original key password corrupt (FF 8 bytes).

Only directly read ezs will get correct password.
