Galletto 4, writing problem

Hi Dears. I need programm a ECU Ducato EDC16c39 with Galletto 4 clone working in Windows 7 and I can read the flash 100% OK, but when i need do the writing, this procces can't start. The programm show me the follow message: " Writing Initialization...Change speed error ". Please i need information or any experience about What mean this message and how can solve?.

bdm only or try different toll like mpps that you can change speed to low.

Do you have immo active while programming?

thats what is BDM for,you can read all edc16 ecu

It happened to me once when try to make immo off through OBD. I could read the flash without any problem but cannot write. A few days before that I R/W the same ECU, same type of car all went fine. Maybe immo cause that it can't be programmed via OBD.
