Toyota Corolla virgin dump

Hi! have this problem.
ECU 89661-1A770
I didn't find any 8 pins in ecu,only driver 1251 Lucent.
I need swap ecu.What?
The car is equipped with only the old diagnostic connector 21 pin,not OBD.
I can not connect pin 13 to ground, as is the OBD for synchronization IMMO.
Immo have 93lc66 and 1 black key tiris 14 96 3D 03

Hello,
Should be a serial eeprom in this ECU.Have checked both side of the ECU PCB .However, Bridge Terminal T1 and E1 for 30 minutes.

This car you can swap ecu without problem, no need for sync, immo is controlled only by immo box
What is the problem with the car?
