CAS4 5M48H Dflash for 535D

I have a BMW 535D with cas4 5M48H Part# 5WK50522GBR which i read Dflash with Original Xprog285606285605 to make a spare key
but now i think the file is faulty because when i load it in ABRITUS it does
not accept and when i put cas back in the car the original key does not
work.
Attached is Dflash and original key data read with Tango.
Please is it possible for you to help me with renew cas Dflash with original
key. Or if anyone has Dflash for this from another vehicle.
