BMW E70 learn new used ECU help

Hi,

i need help to learn a new ( used) ECU from BMW X5 E70 ,
old ECU is damaged by water and data is damaged to :(
I have readed CAS 3 (9S12XDP512 0L15Y) MCU full
and all data from new ECU 0 281 015 240 (same nr. with original ECU)

Hi everyone. I have the same situation. I have a used dme bosch. I have the xprog and can I read the ECM full for cloning? I have the fgtech it reads but won't write. Thnx in advance

hello . better reading full and cloning. in eeprom You have isn number, flash have vin number. after write you must put ecu in car and use diagnostic tool for synchronized cas - dde
