Vitara EGR off

Hi.
Could some one help me to remove EGR from this file ?
I have try:
C6F00 8x8
C42E4 16x14

but the car getting limb mode after few km.

Can some one help with EGR ?
After drive 10-20 km had errors - DF620 i DF619 / OBD2 - P2141.
I had disable fault and change limb mode map, but car still geting in to limb mode.

Why did you change this values,are not necessary for EGR off???
