2007 corsa pin code wrong

customer has a new key supplied by dealer
carpass is 3440

skp900 not working
sbb says wrong pin code
zedbull qx mini clone.......read original pcb/philips 46 crypto2......write new key......read both keys....LOCKED and different data in both keys !!!

what went wrong and how to fix please
