Immo off Mercedes C220..

Hello friends. I need an immo off file for Mercedes-Benz C220 VDO MSE. I think, it?s the eeprom 24c01 ?! I?ve read this eprom. It?s empty. Just zeros.... I wanted to program the eprom with another file for testing. I can program but the verifying have shown a lot of errors. :-(

Is this the right eprom for immo off ?

Please help !! The car doesn?t run. Starter cranks.

EDIT: it?s an old immobiizer system without transponder key and without​
immobilizer electronic. It works just over key and door locks..
