Toyota Corrolla 1997 fault code 99. 22 pin plug

Hi everyone, does anybody know how to sync the immo and ecu for this vehicle? I see on the 16 pin plug pin 4 and 13 are linked for 30 minutes, which pins must I short out on the plug as per http://connector.pinoutsguide.com/diagram/toyota_23pin.gif to sort out my problem? Thanks everyone

Hi magdyman thank for trying to assist but that's not what I'm looking for. I need to resync the immobiliser and the ecu, your info only tells me how to get the fault code which I already know.
