Problem remote key BMW E87 2008

Hello to all friends
I have a problem with a BMW E93 series 3 that don't work all remote.
customer told me three weeks ago changed kilometers(low) , before change don't have any problem.
The vehicle has both factory remote but not work (can't lock & unlock) and the car just to be start.
There is no error in CAS.
Remote Frequency healthy.
i took of my friend EEprom and Flash CAS before change and i try back write in CAS (data both) but resultless.

what is problem ?

does the central lock is working in the car?

do u have a scanner to scan it ? cuz this car is so easy to get fault code and fix the problem can u scan it and post?

yes central lock is working.
don't any error in CAS.
Remote Frequency Good(both remote)

hello,
These cars ,especially the wagon ones ,suffer from this problem.Its a hardware problem,and doesnt have any relation with cas.
You have to check the cable from the antenna receiver.
sometimes the water causes this problem,and sometimes the adhesive on the rear windows.
