Is it some known problem with toyotas or it's ecu game over? the car come to me after timing belt broke and mechanic replaced parts on it. after that he couold not start it. no spark to cylinders no 2 and 4. checked with scope - no control comming from ecu. wiring ok, power supply to coils - ok, can not trace what drives ignition signals on ecu. found couple transistors for driving coils, but they were ok. can it be that there is no spark because of some mechanical problem in engine? p.s. there is no dtc.
