Hi guys just came across a problem when cloning a few PSA bsi's. Read original bsi data (95160) and save, clone donor bsi with original file and bench test. The cloned original file gets wiped to almost a virgin file after bsi has been powered up. Has anyone come across this issue? Or do i need to reprogram the NEC controller as well? Thanks

Yes you need to clone the NEC as well

It;s better to program memory with Virgin file and then do the coding with lexia<pp2000

No need to clone bsi.Just go to download in pp2000/lexia and download new bsi software in bsi.Only matter is have pin code from old bsi,and reprogram vin number in new then programm old pin code .

I think you can't read this nec mcu.For them i didn't find datasheet .
No need it to read ,trust me .PP2000/lexia is safe to update firmware in bsi or ecu,i tryed many times without foults.
Just charge your laptop and car battery :)

When you change eprom chip from other ,some bsi automaticaly virginize itself. In that case just program pin an vin then other configuration.
