Hi.Try to search upd78 dashboard programmer.I've used it before to corsa and renault and it worked fine.

This nec good reads upa-usb.
But this counter is programmed by the OBD connector (op-com).

there is a picture of the connection to the nec.
For upa-usb programmer, connect the pin 11 as the documentation programmer (unlike the picture).
