problem rav4 smart key year 2007

Hi mate,
Please need repair my files or good pair virgin dump for rav4 (id code + ecu agregation), id code dump is corrup by skp900 when i try to reset system,
firstly i read read smart box add key so remote no worked,
so when i try to reset system by obd, after 16 min system off ,
i rewrite smart box with new dump again, contact open and car not start again.

i posted 3 dumps:
id code: read after reset (corrupted)
ecu agregation: read before and after reset

id code number: 89784-42031
smart box: 89300-42020
ecu: 89661-42C00
