whats the best diagnostic scanner out there and cheap?????

im thinking of upgrading my diagnostic tool but i don't know what to buy im looking something that is able to diagnose all cars but wanting something cheap??? what use boys recommend????

You won't get one that can do all, at present autocom/Delphi is a good budget system but then its always good to get dealer level I.e. lexia for Peugeot/Citroen , vagcom/vas/Odin for bag range, ids for ford jag Mazda Landrover etc etc
