Renault Master 2011 93C76 mileage correction

Hi, guys!

Can you help me with calculation of this dump?
It's a Renault Master 2011 93C76 8 bit with current value of 143812 km.
Need to correct it to 043812 km.

Edit: Never mind - I found the algorithm in Tachosoft under Kangoo 93C76.
