Please help me to recover the Audi A3 2010

Hello DK members,
Could you please help me to repair the dashboard of Audi A3 2010 chip Micronas CDC3217G and EEprom 24c32, The good Rom dump we actually Need.

The problem derive from that someone want to change the mileage of the dashboard by using clone tool via OBD2, so the dump got lost, therefore, now the instrument cluster of Audi A3 displayed nothing on lights and screen, even I have checked all chips Works (5 v supplying and clock and also CANH, CANL signals) and the Car cannot be started.

We got the car without any Dump files because they just read the value (wrong value maybe) and adjusted it, so they did save nothing on the device maybe.
Can someone tell me that instrument cluster panel can be worked well with Immobiliser off?
We are trying to go on that way!

they have no original Dump of Micronas and EEprom. if I try to read the wrong dump so it can be recovered?
Also, could you tell me to buy good tool to read Micronas (I thought it was protected)

Indeed, Micronas is secured, but you can read with xprogM without problems.

Immo off not in dash friend,

If you get dash alive you need good tools to adapt it to Car.

Btw good tool for micronas is jtag from smok you can contact gijsvm from DK.

there are 3 Resistors 0 Ohm, attached with red square marks on the Photo of A3_dash.jpg.
Which one shoud be removed, next to 24C32 or other?

I have xprog m to read but problem as i posted.

to buy Smok programmer, it is so expensive in comparision with repair service price here in my Country - Vietnam. So that we just enough Money to buy clone tool from China, all of repair shops and Garages. Later maybe i have to buy, but for this project, I cant because of service time.

If anyone can make sure repair the dashboard of audi A3 2010 and send back me just by plug in to work directly. please give me quotation.
Now with the limitation of Equipments and tools, it is really hard to me.

i have used adapter HCs12 BDM 1-002-0017 adapter with 4 wires soldering as in the errata instruction in the Manual and software, also, I lift the pin OSC of Xtal and lift pin TEST2 out of PCB of dash.
do I have to lift pin and inserting BDM 1-002-0017

You don't need to lift anything from Micronas if you use my connections.

Sorry mate, seems that your micronas dump is pretty corrupt. Zone with s-key for decrypt eeprom is blank. I cannot revive your dash.
MAybe xprogM don't read correct. Connect also 12v+ external on xprogM and lift xtal from PCB.

Somebody wrote a VW dump into your Audi dashboard.
02VK354608HL clearly indicates VW golf based dashboard.

It is impossible to recover your original dashboard dump.
You need to write a good dump to the dash and adapt it to the ecu.

This is original MCU micornas (Which someone replace by new one then reprogam to (right maybe VW dump), the dump i have sent on Previous post. I called to customers and take a Damage MCU CDC3217G (Damaged maybe because the CAN signal is not correct and affect which i Checked).

So i Read with Mirconas secured + 24c32 is ok (File Micronas_24c32_old_dumps.bin and image: select_MCU_24c32_all.JPG ) but when i read only Micronas Secured CDC3217G the error occured to prevent continue (Photos: select_MCU_Secured_only.JPG and select_MCU_Secured_only1.JPG)

Could you please ****ysis of good reading dump MCU_24c32 all, and original Dump of 24c32 previous posted (Good with no eeror).

You can try to modify xprog config file to different flash id.

i have tried to change the ID0, but the error come to any device as "Jtag_devices.cfg read error", cannot read, change back value so read same as before: MPU/MCU for Micronas+24c32 is ok, but only micronas: error of ID:00900090

I dont know why but the Micronas MCU with full power supply, 5V, and OSC working, CAN work,
but the data - dump you sent still cannot wake up dashboard, still dead in full black screen.

Could you read Micronas+24c32 secured together.

I wrote dump to Micronas by Xprog - m
and wrote eeprom 24c32 by digimaster 3 (also good tool for EEprom) seperately,
So do you think the problem still come from seperate written?

I have try many times with many dumps, but the sreen still in Dark area. So I think I have to try to change Dashboard, instrument cluster. However, 1 Guy have already changed new dashboard, and try to adaption or re - matching ECU and dashboard, but still got fail. I give up the way of reparing dashboard with original Recovery.
Anyone please help me the method to recover, Is it needed to change also New ECUs (it is so expensive - the tasks of Audi Dealers, not Mine )

But actually It need to us AVDI original for VAG package with AVDI interface and AN044 package so much expensive for repair service.
I'm a master of electronic hardware and software engineering, so I feel lot of wasting, spend alot of money, but the Service is not enough, few months or more can get same problem, even few year, they dont manage by task sharing together the risk also.
