w164 no diagnosys possible

This is my second w164 2010 that AVDI cannot diagnose, can't even connect.
If I use DAS tool it works as normal. Car shows no issues.
Is this because EIS filter inside, or synchro block that someone programmed in or something else?

year car was 2008. and yes read and clear DTC's.
did ecu match dpf and check mileage in ezs ect ect
