kess v2 slave to master

hellow, first say my project. I bought slave kess and tryed to change mcu. Put virgin nxp resold... Now i try to connect with jlink and says cpu freq auto detect not available or mcu not found.. when i plug in computer and open ksuite it says... eeface exception and didnt open..
What can be the problem?

A short between pins, check the soldering of the chip and then program the chip
