Been asked to do one of these.
Can i use 2nd hand?

See 3d group sell 2011 version (could be this) and has ID6B 6F transponder starting with Page 1 as 98
Clone?!

I think all Avensis are pg1 98. Used key only when you reset immo first.

Our master gwee said you could reuse old remotes…You could wait for conformation.

All used Toyota smart key can reuse to others cars.
Of course need reset ID ECU.

...binary addition has lost me lol

so, reset ID ECU and then car will automatically learn 2 fobs ??

No, you need reset id box and certification ecu for learning used key. In this state you need either use diagnostic equipment for learning at my knowledge.

Forgive me since i found 30 years of programming a waste of damn time lol
Its 'AND' or '&&' in my book :)


Ok autofan1965,
Don't wanta bugger up his running car. I have AD and (think) main dealer software till 2010. Really want to add another used key to his existing.
If not maybe a virgin key
