Octavia II 2010 Change Dashboard

Hi DK m8?s.

I have a Skoda Octavia II with faulty Dashboard and I have other working dash to change.
What I need to make the change?
Inside is 24C32 and NEC, It?s posible only swap the eeprom or I need to change both? Or maybe it?s posible to change through Vag-Com? If it?s posible with Vag-Com, which is the procedure?

I have Km+Immo Tool of X-horse with NEC+24c32 activated too. I don?t know if this tool can help me.

I can try what? Vcds, X-horse or swap eeprom? What did you do to change?

I am using original tools and have on-line support

you must read sec block from old dash, maybe old work on diagnosis obd. When you do read sec block you must have 1 key from car, after write sec block from new and car started.

The problem in dash is some led?s work incorrect. When I put the right intermittent blinks the right indicator and the speed control indicator, and when I put ignition on key, left intermittent indicator is always on.
Dash work on diagnosis OBD perfectly and I have the 2 original keys of car. What tool I need to read sec block?
If I read keys ID in old dash and put in 2? hand dash with X-horse, you think that would work?

Ok, I'll try tomorrow. Anyway, I think if I swap NEC+24c32 it must works, so if can't make with X-Horse I'll change micro and eeprom

i have change more time dash in octavia2, read sec block from old dash whit smok xcan tool, put back new dash and write to it sec block form old dash ... 5min work, everything work ok

Finally I swaped NEC and 24C32 and all works ok. First of all I tryed with X-horse and I could read immo data in the original dash, but I couldn?t read or change data in used dash. Then I tryed with carprog clone and no results (can?t comunicate with dash) so I decided swap micro and eeprom.
