Only the selling dealer will have the code for this (if they kept it) Ford don't have a database like other manufacturers do except for fiat based models (even then its not strictly there database)

take off the door lock and pull out cYlinder.Remove all segments of the cylinder and on each segment have a number. Take that code to locksmith and he will cut key for you..

Check in the service book, I have found key cut code there several times. if car is pre 2005 then code will be a letter, usually 'T' then 6 numbers, the letter means nothing!!

i was always told the T was to show the way the code was to be read, as if the T was the shape of the key........... urban myth?!?!

Would call a auto locksmith

Some traders sell a car lol with no spare then when a problem comes along there's nobody to turn to.

I deal with many good traders and bad ones

EDIT: Sorry, tad strong before - no need for *** :) My bad

I think your half right mate T = Tibbe Bow to tip also early keys were supplied with a spare that were actuall a T shape like a radiator blead key l.o.l

And the chubb Ava code C= Cubb and number Bow to Tip.
