Ive got 2009 impala with this module #25927274 with 95320 eeprom on it

Can somebody help me clean the crash please

I did like this 3 years ago with some help, but I lost (gona) that laptop. So please somebody help me. I"ve already tried 4 times but no luck-no communication or still crash present. I need help. Tnank you for your time and effort for me
