American Dodge Dart- What is it, and how do you program it?

Ran into a Dodge Dart, 2013, could not get it to program with anything I have, KP819 I thought should have done it, X-100+. Looked it up, Fiat / Alfa Romeo platform, Hyundai transmission. Anyone know how to program this thing, and with what? Original key was Chrysler Fobik.

MVPP will do the prox and keyed version BUT it will not pull the pincode, nothing on the market will. Need dealer access or key broker and the pincode will expire after a certain amount of time.
