where can i get unbanned cheap 360 from?

looking for a reliable shop or site which will sell em a cheap 360 ehich is not banned!
any ideas guys? one with a harddrive would do because i got banned due to ingeneric files and data on my harddrive which is like being caught with a modded xbox!

Okay, how do i get rid of absolutely everything on my harddrive? I mean everything including the xbox stuff? Or shall i do it through the xbox? Will this allow me to use my harddrive again?
I have found a 85quid console on ebay with a harddrive but No cables but i have these at home..shall i buy this and at how much will a perfect condition xbox sell which is banned on ebay?

I assume this is a working one for 85? Seems an ok price. Every now and then there are ?99 deals for the arcade version but they are few and far between and often sell out fast.
