2007 Harley Davidson Road King

im working on a 2007 Harley Davidson Road King
what chip do i read?? i see two SOIC 8 the one in the middle is LM317 PKSDL, The one in the bottom right is MSAP 2675M5.0
I try to read both chips as 93C66, 95010, 95020, 93C46 with no luck..
is there another chip i should be reading??

maybe the miles are stored somewhere else??
