Hi, you dont need pinout, just separate two board of bsi.

Whats the best method or tool to seperate the board as i noticed there are far too many of these pins to pull apart, i am aware of these type of pins (same as old bmw motor held in by same pins) but after giving it a bit too much pressure i thought best to see if i can get a pin out and do it again as hes a regular and not in a hurry.

any help will be much appreciated

I didnt realise AVDI was for "opening" up a bsi !!! anyone else please

just cut off top side of connection and then solder back

I use a small pliers or tweezers to collect pins, and then dismantle the two plates.
Try, not so hard.

It does not need cut ... you just prize it off of the four connector blocks :)

2 pin black connector 2VNR pin 1 and 2 +30(bat) .
60 pin blue connector 60VBE pin 32 +15(ignition).
16 pin grey connector 16VGR pin 16 - gnd
60 pin black connector 60VNR pin 26- gnd
60 pin black connector 60vnr pin 8 -CAN Low
60 pin black connector 60vnr pin 6 -CAN High
Working 100%
Tested today with FVDI on table and fvdi have connection with BSI.I am just connection tested,no mileage changed.I dont believe fvdi 100%...
