hello dad just recentlly moved house so set everything up for him box working fine no problems now my dad says he could use is sxy remote with is technomate box and that he never ad to use is offical technomate remote now is this true or ias he lost the plot and if it is true how do u set it up.all my work is done with the openboxes so only no what i have search in ere about the 5402hd box.
