I had an issue with their ESL emulators for sprinter/crafter. I ordered a pack of 10 and I tried 3 of them and never worked. I was working with a garage that had about 9 sprinters on that day and I tried almost all of them. When speaking with support I was told that it must be an unknown version. I told them they didn't work so wanted a refund to which they started to ignore me.

Some things work good, some are complete scam. They sometimes make similar policy to abritus, one version work, they sell it and then will debug 10 others versions on customers cars or just ignore you. What part of carprog function is important for you?

Yes it can but coverage have worser then competition and when i remember correct need internet access and this is not all time from his site.

ultraprog looks good, but it doesn't support support MAC, Infineon, MPC/SPC MCUs

I use Carprog and I am happy with becasue of the updates and the range of things you can fix with. At the same time is true, their support is not good.

I love my carprog but there is a obvious hole in eeprom reading and programming.
No 25xxx from memory.
