Peugeot 1.6hdi edc16c34 immo off

Hi all,
I have removed the immo from an edc16c34 ecu and manually corrected the checksum and the car starts, but it limits at 3000rpm.
Recoding injectors etc does not help. The dtc I keep getting is P0603 internal module error. Can someone help?
Ecu number is 0281011863

I have the same problem on my same ecu at peugeot 207 1,6 hdi

the data are 2.097Bytes i have remove the dpf from the car so i remove that via ecusafe but the car just also stoped at 3000rpm

can i also can wirte this ecu file from easterghost with 967 Bytes ???
