Help with Mercedes w210

Hi mates,

Please need help with mercedes w210, car came to me with no turning EZS.
I have made new key, in bench test with an emulator EZS works perfect, put EZS back to car nothing happens.
I take out ELV and check that ELV its always open, test in bench EZS and ELV and key don't turn, I have made virgin ELV but still not working.
So I have connected emulator in car but still with no key turning! No problem with fuses or relay.

Any idea where is the problem?
