Please, I need help...

I search for BDM backup/original of EEPROM (95640) memory from BMW E70 3.0D 2008.
ECU is EDC16C35 Bosch 0281014437, DDE 7 806 976 and software version is 1037500775.

This is not the original software, the car was updated in 2013y... and i need the eeprom from that exact version!
