Chinese galletto sw problem

My friend has this Chinese galletto. It was running fine now the sw opens but he can not click on anything?

What's the fix for this?290737

hardware problem my friend something inside maybe relay.

Maybe using wrong sw version for the tool. Sw and hw must match or sw stay grey and no voltage.

If both sw and hw match and you are sure, make usbfix.
