It is the file digiloader that is the problem. I have had it and couldn't download it because of Norton which I could not stop scanning my emails. Forward the email to someone who's emails are not scanned by Norton . They should be able to open it and send it back to you unzipped. Other than that get it re-sent to you via a download site. Arthur.

I would like to keep live this thread and here you are the 100% working update for 590C8F0E0000. I have tested with my digiprog and works great!!. I have tested using windows7 Ultimate 64bit version.

You need to follow instructions on the directory before attempting to do that. I am not liable for any damage to your digiprog after this update as individual experience may differ.

1. Powerup your digiprog with external 12V with at-least 2amp and connect digiprog to computer via USB port.
2. Install the drivers if you have not installed it before.
3. Check the COM port (You can check it with device manager)
4. run the digiloader1 as an Administrator (I ran it as administrator)
5. Select the COM Port and click the button below.
It is a common that your digiprog will go blue screen. !!!!!!!! Don't panic !!!! wait till the process end and do not disconnect your digiprog until the message displays as "Process End". By this time, your digiprog will re-start automatically. For whole process may take up to 10-15minutes.

Again, you should take your own risk and don't blame me for anything..


IMPORTANT: EXTEND YOUR COMPUTER'S MONITOR SLEEP TIME TO AT-LEAST 1/2 AN HOUR AND DON'T LET YOUR COMPUTER TO SLEEP.

All done.. Now you have updated your digiprog to the new version

When I bought digi was 4.85 version, serial 59 0C 8F 0E 00 00 ....
Problem was wrong mileage wrote to w203 dash 2002year, someone told me that wrong mileage will write on ALL CAN vehicle (like golf5 etc)
Then I tried to put other firmware, even tried older 4.82 version, but ANY other sw than mine ori was BLUE SCREEN. Than I found also 4.85 but one dump was 4-5 rows diferent than mine ori, put that dumps and digi worked again and not anymore w203 wrong mileage write.
But now tried this dump for 4.94 and any time I try digi is dead, process END but digi not RESTART

Any info?

P.S. Also if I put 4.85 for 590C8F0E my digi not power (blue screen) one of mine ori dumps has 8 bytes difference with 590C8F0E 4.85 from forum

Do someone know what is the substitute chips for 28F800?? I tried to reprog them with Wellon but always connection error (connection are ok 100%). I think chips are broken thats why the update was unsuccessful.
