LANDCRUISER 200 SERIES KEY

I need help with a land cruiser 200 series,i have tried using AVDI (original) to reset smart box but it fails and says i should reset smart box and ID box,after reset i try to register a new key and i touch the key to the start button,i get a bip and AVDI asks me to put the key on the passenger seat.The learn key procedure does not close, few seconds later the immo light starts flashing again,and AVDI key learnig is still continuing.
Then i tried programming the key by dump(AVDI again)i get ignition on when i touch start button with back of the key,all lights come on,radio and everything comes to life,but immo light keeps flashing,steering lock remains locked and car wont crank.
I have attached my smart entry dump 93c86,ID box 93c46 and key logic.

Hi guys
Still not winning here@Gwee,i programmed the files you sent me but the programming wont close just like i explained in post 1,i get a bip when i put key to the button during programming and it says(avdi)put the key on the drivers seat and nothing happens after that exept avdi keeps the "put the key on passenger seat"message forever until the immo light changes from solid to flicking.

I also suspect wrong key,but i got from a dealer using vin number.
