Our local Chrysler dealers are supplying pin to car owner only, no one else. At first they were requiring customer to buy key, cut or not, to get pin, but not lately. US PT cruiser is type two, can be done at car with spanish t300 or Chinese pin reader for chrysler.:burnout:
